Its nickel-plated brass shell ensures robust mechanical protection while shielding high-speed video lines against electromagnetic interference. Built with UL 94V-0 high-temperature thermoplastic, the body maintains dimensional stability across -40°C to +85°C. In addition, copper alloy contacts with gold flash over nickel underplate keep contact resistance below 30 mohms at 0.5 A.
