Introduction:
This Display Mini DisplayPort receptacle connector features a 20-pin, right-angle profile designed for DIP through-hole PCB termination. Built with elongated 3.8mm solder tails, it allows complete pin protrusion through extra-thick multilayer circuit boards, forming heavy solder fillets that endure severe mechanical vibration. The nickel-plated brass shell provides rugged impact protection and blocks external electromagnetic interference. Constructed with UL 94V-0 high-temperature thermoplastic, it operates stably across -40°C to +85°C. In addition, phosphor bronze contacts with 30µ” gold plating over nickel prevent wear and corrosion, keeping contact resistance below 30 mohms at 0.5 A. This interface is widely used in rugged industrial PCs, broadcast video processing cards, multi-display avionics units, and embedded edge systems.
