Introduction:
This Display Mini DisplayPort receptacle provides a 20-pin, right-angle interface designed for through-hole circuit board mounting. Packaged in tape and reel with high-temperature Mylar tape over the shell, it enables automated vacuum nozzle pick-and-place operation on high-speed SMT assembly lines. Its nickel-plated stainless steel shell delivers mechanical impact resistance and shields internal channels against electromagnetic interference. The UL 94V-0 thermoplastic housing withstands soldering heat profiles without deformation. In addition, copper alloy contacts with 15µ” gold plating keep contact resistance below 30 mohms at 40 VAC. Common applications include multi-display graphics cards, compact industrial PCs, broadcast video converters, and medical diagnostic monitors.
