Introduction:
This DisplayPort female receptacle connector features a right-angle PCB-SMT design with a 20 position interface. Dual mechanical features, including alignment pegs and soldered board locks, hold the connector tightly in place to prevent PCB trace tear-off from cable leverage. The high-temperature thermoplastic body meets UL 94V-0 flammability standards, safely passing through automated reflow lines and functioning from -40°C to +85°C. In addition, gold flash plated contacts deliver a 30 mohms maximum contact resistance under 40 VAC. Engineers select this connector for edge-mount video processing cards, rackmount server motherboards, industrial automation HMIs, and compact embedded box PCs.
