The outer copper alloy shell protects the ports and provides steady ground continuity. Integrated LPX light pipes route LED light to the front panel for clear link status checks. Around the front openings, EMI spring fingers block high-frequency electromagnetic noise. Durable phosphor bronze contacts ensure steady electrical signals over repeated insertions. Solderless press-fit pins press directly into PCB holes to hold the cage firmly without heat damage. This assembly works well in multi-port Ethernet switches, enterprise routers, and telecom systems.
