HM-002 HM Series 2 Pin Male/Female Heavy Duty Connector Module Inserts, 1000V/100A, Axial Screw Terminal
Introduction:
The insert uses a V0 flame-retardant material that meets the UL 94 V-0 standard. This insert is made from a specially processed polycarbonate (PC). This enhancement allows it to withstand a maximum working temperature of +125°C, ensuring reliability in high-heat industrial applications. Its internal conductive contacts use silver-plated copper alloy to deliver excellent electrical performance. The insert also includes a PE ground terminal that makes first contact during mating to ensure electrical safety.
To meet different production needs, inserts offer various termination methods for their conductive terminals. Common methods include screw terminal, crimp terminal, cage-clamp terminal, quick-lock terminal, and axial screw terminal.
