25kV 200A Load Break Elbow Connector
This 25kV 200A Load Break Elbow Connector serves as a fully shielded and insulated plug-in termination. We designed it to connect underground cables to the distribution power system of pad-mounted transformers. It is particularly suitable for applications involving the surrounding power supply branch box and cable branch box equipped with load break bushings. It meets IEEE Standard 386, ensuring interchangeability with competitor products.
We manufactured this elbow connector with high-quality sulfur-cured insulation and semi-conductive EPDM rubber. It boasts standard features such as a copper connector, a tin-plated copper load break probe with an ablative arc-follower tip, and a stainless steel-reinforced pulling-eye. Additionally, an optional capacity test point, constructed from corrosion-resistant plastic, is available for use with fault indicators. The conductor cross-section range for 25kV cable is 50-150mm², and the conductive pole includes a W/ARC extinguishing function.
